Feb. 28: Leonora Angeles, “Gendered Violence Under Low-Intensity Conflict in the Philippines”

Dr. Angeles’s talk will deal with the differential impact of (post) crises and (post) disaster scenarios in southeast Asia’s Second Front on the War on Terror.

She is Associate Professor of Community and Regional Planning and Women’s and Gender Studies at UBC.
